Aggmeda Khyang Monastery – Buddhist Heritage Site

 

Location: Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

History: One of the largest Buddhist monasteries in the country, Aggmeda Khyang is a sacred place for the Rakhine community. The architecture, ancient manuscripts, and serene ambiance attract both devotees and tourists.
